BOOKING POLICIES

TERMS & CONDITIONS

A 50% deposit is required to reserve your booking, remaining balance due 10 days prior to your event day. 

100% refundable deposit for cancellations made 10 days prior to the event date.

Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to event date are non refundable, but credit will be provided for a future event minus a 20% penalty.

Rescheduling outdoor events due to weather conditions will not be subject to any penalties as long as notice is given 24hrs prior to event date.

Magic Events Orlando reserves the right to refuse delivery if the venue or site is deemed to be unsuitable. 

$150.00 refundable security deposit due at time of set up. Fully refunded on pick up date as long as all hired equipment is undamaged.

Set up time is usually between 1 to 2 hours.

Drop off and pick up times to be agreed upon at the time of reservation.

Magic Events Orlando currently services Orlando and area, travel fee may apply.

Magic Events Orlando does not arrange furniture, please ensure to have a clean and empty space before our arrival.
