BOOKING POLICIES

A 50% deposit is required to reserve your date, remaining balance due 15 days prior to your event day. 

Deposit is 100% refundable for cancellations made 30 days prior to the event date.

Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to event date are non refundable, but credit will be provided for a future event minus a 20% penalty.

Magic Events Orlando reserves the right to refuse delivery if the venue or site is deemed to be unsuitable. 

Drop off and pick up times to be agreed upon at the time of reservation.Magic Events Orlando currently services Orlando and area, travel fees apply.

Magic Events Orlando does not arrange furniture, please ensure to have a clean and empty space before our arrival.
